How it helps

A Quiet Hour That Tells Your Body It's Safe to Rest

Acupuncture is a calm, quiet hour where your body gets the message that it's safe to rest. Many of my clients tell me they sleep more deeply after a few visits, feel less on edge, and handle busy weeks with more patience.

Your visit

What a Visit Looks Like

We start with a short check-in about your sleep and stress that week. Then you rest on a warm table while the needles do their work, usually 30 to 40 minutes of quiet. We finish with one or two simple things to try at home.
